RedSeed AI ("we", "us") is operated by Pypple Technology. We respect your privacy. This policy explains what we collect, why, and what rights you have.

What we collect

• Account data: email, name, password hash, billing information.
• Product data: the product URL, descriptions, and target subreddits you provide.
• Reddit data: public posts and comments we scan to identify relevant conversations. We do not collect private Reddit data.
• Usage data: pages visited, features used, approximate IP-based location, browser/device info.

How we use it

• To provide the service: scan, match, draft, and post.
• To bill you, support you, and notify you of important changes.
• To improve the product (aggregated, non-identifying analytics).

What we don't do

• We do not sell your personal information.
• We do not train third-party LLMs on your private data.
• We do not share your account or product data with advertisers.

Sub-processors

We use a small number of vetted vendors to operate: Stripe (payments), Supabase (database), Azure (hosting), Resend (email), Anthropic (AI). Each is bound by their own DPA.

Your rights

You can access, export, correct, or delete your data at any time. Email namaste@redseed.ai and we will action requests within 30 days.

Cookies

We use essential cookies for sign-in and a privacy-respecting analytics cookie to count visits. No advertising trackers.
