Terms of Service

These Terms govern your use of RedSeed AI ("Service"), provided by Pypple Technology ("we", "us"). By using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 and have authority to bind your organization. The Service is for businesses and founders marketing legitimate products on Reddit.

2. Account & responsibility

You are responsible for keeping your credentials secure and for content posted under your direction. We provide tooling; you control product input, target subreddits, and approval of generated replies.

3. Acceptable use

• No illegal, fraudulent, or deceptive products.
• No content that violates Reddit's site-wide rules or the rules of subreddits you target.
• No targeting of minors, no health/financial fraud, no spam-style mass-link drops outside the Service's approved workflow.

We reserve the right to suspend accounts that put posting infrastructure at risk.

4. Reddit relationship

RedSeed AI is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Reddit, Inc. We use Reddit's public data within Reddit's terms. You are responsible for adherence to Reddit's rules under your own account when applicable.

5. Subscriptions, credits & refunds

The Service uses a credit-based model. New users receive 30 starter credits at signup at no cost. Continued use requires an active subscription, billed monthly via Stripe at the rate posted on the pricing page. Each renewal grants the subscription credit allowance for that period; unused credits roll over and do not expire so long as the account remains in good standing.

Subscribers may purchase one-time top-up credit packs in-app for additional credits beyond the monthly allowance. You may cancel your subscription anytime via the Stripe Customer Portal; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period and any unused credits remain available for use.

All credit purchases (subscription renewals and top-up packs) are final. We do not offer refunds on consumed or unconsumed credits except where required by applicable law.

6. Content ownership

You own the content you generate through the Service. We retain a limited license to operate the Service on your behalf (e.g., to post drafts you approve).

7. Disclaimer & liability

The Service is provided "as is." We do not guarantee specific marketing outcomes, ranking on Reddit, or that your Reddit account will not be banned despite our best efforts. Our total liability in any 12-month period is capped at the fees paid in that period.

8. Changes

We may update these Terms; material changes will be emailed in advance. Continued use after changes means acceptance.

9. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, USA.
